In 2001, after years in the technical consulting field, Preston Bowman started SurfSignals to provide exceptional Internet Application Development. In January of 2004 Jonathan Slaven was brought in as a senior partner. Jonathan is Java certified and a highly sought after .NET Microsoft Certified developer.
